How to get pre-approved

1. The first step is to book a meeting with a member of our team.

2. Once you’ve had a meeting our team and discussed your financial situation and requirements we will start sorting through loan products to find options that suit your needs.

3. Once you’ve decided on the loan options provided by our team, we will guide you through the entire loan application process. This process requires you to provide documents such as payslips, financial statements and tax returns and proof of identification (usually a driver’s licence and passport).

4. Once you’ve provided all the information required, we will send your application off to the lender. They’ll spend some time going through the information you’ve provided to make sure all the details are correct, and they will also use a credit reporting agency to check your credit history.

5. Our team will notify you if your application is successful. Once you’ve been approved, you’re ready to find your dream home!
